  • These rules means the administrative rules promulgated by the agency under the authority of the medical marihuana facilities licensing act, the marihuana tracking act, the Michigan regulation and taxation of marihuana act, and Executive Reorganization Order No. 2019-2, MCL 333.27001.

  • PPB Rules means the rules of the Procurement Policy Board as set forth in Title 9 of the Rules of the City of New York (“RCNY”), § 1-01 et seq.

  • House Rules means written and posted rules governing house activities in the AFH-DD. These rules may not conflict with the AFH Bill of Rights.

  • these Bye-Laws or “these presents” shall mean these Bye-Laws in their present form and all supplementary, amended or substituted Bye-Laws for the time being in force;

  • Plainly audible means any sound that can be detected by a NCO or an NCI using his or her unaided hearing faculties of normal acuity. As an example, if the sound source under investigation is a portable or vehicular sound amplification or reproduction device, the detection of the rhythmic bass component of the music is sufficient to verify plainly audible sound. The NCO or NCI need not determine the title, specific words, or the artist performing the song.

  • ADR Rules means the relevant rules of the ADR Organization for mediation (including non-binding arbitration) or binding arbitration, as applicable, of commercial disputes in effect at the time of the mediation or arbitration.

  • Repurchase Rules and Regulations shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.14 of the Indenture.

  • FCA Rules means the Rules included within the FCA Handbook issued by the FCA.

  • PJM Code of Conduct means the code of ethical standards, guidelines and expectations for PJM’s employees, officers and Board Members in their transactions and business dealings on behalf of PJM as posted on the PJM website and as may be amended from time to time.

  • PJM Market Rules means the rules, standards, procedures, and practices of the PJM Markets set forth in the PJM Tariff, the PJM Operating Agreement, the PJM Reliability Assurance Agreement, the PJM Consolidated Transmission Owners Agreement, the PJM Manuals, the PJM Regional Practices Document, the PJM-Midwest Independent Transmission System Operator Joint Operating Agreement or any other document setting forth market rules. PJM Net Assets:

  • Body Corporate means a “body corporate” as defined in the ABCA.

  • IESO Market Rules means the rules made under section 32 of the Electricity Act, 1998 (Ontario), together with all market manuals, policies and guidelines issued by the IESO.

  • Hague Rules means the International Convention for the Unification of certain Rules of Law relating to Bills of Lading signed at Brussels on 25 August 1924.

  • CCASS Rules means the General Rules of CCASS and the CCASS Operational Procedures in effect from time to time;

  • Labour Relations Act means the Labour Relations Act, 1995 (Act No. 66 of 1995);

  • Nasdaq Rules means the rules of NASDAQ;

  • PRA Rules means the Rules included within the PRA handbook issued by the PRA.

  • Listing Rules the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on the Stock Exchange

  • Club Rules means such rules and regulations set down by the Manager (with the approval of the Owners’ Committee, (if any)) from time to time with specific application to the Club House and the use and enjoyment thereof;
