– Implementation of Work Program; Cooperation with Monitoring. A. Grantee shall use the Grant Funds distributed by City under this Agreement to perform the activities described in Xxxxxxx's Work Program(s) attached hereto as Appendix A in accordance with the Project Budget attached hereto as Appendix A (the “Project Budget”). Grantee shall not use the Grant Funds for any other purpose. In the event there is more than one Work Program attached, there is a separate Project Budget for each such Work Program and Grantee shall administer and maintain records for each Work Program separately. In no event shall there be any transfer of Grant Funds from one Work Program to the other. All the provisions and terms of this Agreement shall apply with respect to each Work Program and Project Budget, and each reference to the Work Program or Project Budget shall include the singular and/or the collective, as appropriate. In the event of a breach of this Agreement with respect to any one or more of the attached Work Programs, MOH/OEWD shall have the right to suspend or terminate this Agreement as to all the Work Programs.

  • COOPERATION IN IMPLEMENTATION On demand of the other Spouse and without undue delay or expense, each Spouse shall execute, acknowledge, or deliver any instrument, furnish any information, or perform any other acts reasonably necessary to carry out the provisions of this Agreement. If a Spouse fails to execute any document as required by this provision, the court may appoint the court clerk or his or her authorized designee to execute the document on that Xxxxxx’s behalf.
