Impermissible Transfers. Any Transfer of Received Shares not made in compliance with the terms of this Section 6 shall be null and void ab initio, and the Company shall not in any way give effect to any such Transfer.
Impermissible Transfers. Any Transfer or attempted Transfer by a Stockholder of any of its Covered Shares in violation of this Section 2.1 will, to the fullest extent permitted by Law, be null and void ab initio.
Impermissible Transfers. Any transfer of the Stock Option or any Shares that is not made in compliance with the terms of this Section 5 shall be null and void ab initio, and the Company shall not in any way give effect to any such transfer.
Impermissible Transfers. Except as otherwise provided by law, any Transfer in contravention of the provisions of Section 4.01 shall be null and void, and the Company or other issuer of the applicable security or instrument shall not in any way give effect to any such impermissible Transfer.
Impermissible Transfers. In the event of a purported Transfer by a Shareholder of any Company Shares in violation of the provisions of this Agreement, such purported Transfer will be void and of no effect, and the Company will not give effect to such Transfer.
Impermissible Transfers. (a) Phantom Shares subject to this Agreement may not be Transferred in any way whatsoever without the prior written consent of the Administrator.

The Transfer of all or any portion of the Membership Interest of a Member to another Person that is not expressly permitted by Section 4.3.2, or the acquisition of all or any portion of the Membership Interest of another Member as a result of a Transfer that is not expressly permitted by Section 4.3.2.
