Impact of Legislation. 1.5.1 In the event that existing or future federal or provincial legislation makes invalid any provision of this Agreement, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect for the term of the Agreement. The Employer and the Union shall negotiate a mutually agreeable provision to be substituted for the provision(s) so altered or invalidated.
