Immigration Laws and Regulations. As required by the provisions of Arizona Revised Statutes Section 41-4401, Lessor warrants Lessor’s compliance with all Federal and State immigration laws and regulations that relate to Lessor’s employees, as well as subcontractors of Lessor of any tier relating to this Agreement, and their compliance with Arizona Revised Statutes Section 23-214(A); and acknowledges that a breach of this warranty shall be deemed a material breach of this Agreement that is subject to penalties up to including termination of this Agreement. Lessee retains the legal right to inspect the records of Lessor and any contractor’s or subcontractor’s employee of any tier who performed work pursuant to this Agreement, to ensure compliance with the warranty set forth herein.

  • Applicable Laws and Regulations All duly promulgated applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations, rules, ordinances, codes, decrees, judgments, directives, or judicial or administrative orders, permits and other duly authorized actions of any Governmental Authority having jurisdiction over the relevant parties, their respective facilities, and/or the respective services they provide.

  • COMPLIANCE WITH FEDERAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS Contractor, to the extent applicable to this Agreement, shall comply with the following Federal laws and regulations as set forth in 24 CFR §§570.600-612:

  • Compliance with Applicable Laws and Regulations (a) The Company shall not be required to issue or deliver any Shares pursuant to this Agreement pending compliance with all applicable federal and state securities and other laws (including any registration requirements or tax withholding requirements) and compliance with the rules and practices of any stock exchange upon which the Company’s Shares are listed.

  • CODES AND REGULATIONS The Contractor shall strictly comply with all Federal, State and local codes and regulations.

  • Compliance with Texas Privacy Laws and Regulations In performing their respective obligations under the Agreement, the LEA and the Provider shall comply with all Texas laws and regulations pertaining to LEA data privacy and confidentiality, including but not limited to the Texas Education Code Chapter 32, and Texas Government Code Chapter 560.

  • Immigration Reform and Control Act Contractor shall comply with the requirements of the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, which requires employment verification and retention of verification forms for any individuals hired who will perform any services under the contract.

  • Compliance with Laws and Regulations A. The Parties shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations including, but not limited to, safety; security; export control; environmental; and suspension and debarment laws and regulations. Access by a Partner to NASA facilities or property, or to a NASA Information Technology (IT) system or application, is contingent upon compliance with NASA security and safety policies and guidelines including, but not limited to, standards on badging, credentials, and facility and IT system/application access.
