IFCO Systems Sample Clauses

IFCO Systems. IFCO Systems is a Dutch stock corporation with an issued share capital of 50,000.00 euros divided into 5000 shares of 10 euros each. SPS is the unrestricted owner of such shares and such shares are not subject to any rights or encumbrances by third parties. The share capital of IFCO Systems is fully paid in. Since its establishment, IFCO Systems has not been engaged into any business and has incurred no obligations or liabilities other than pursuant to this Agreement. The equity capital of IFCO Systems prior to the transactions contemplated in Section 1 is not less than its share capital except that the equity capital may have been reduced by bank charges for the administration of the bank accounts of the company and the cost of establishing the company.

  • Computer Systems (a) Servicer to operate systems The Servicer shall operate and maintain systems capable of providing data processing, management information and other related information technology requirements to enable it to carry out the Services.

  • Infrastructure (a) The Borrower has and will maintain a sufficient infrastructure to conduct its business as presently conducted and as contemplated to be conducted following its execution of this Agreement.

  • Moonlighting 24.01 The Company and the Union agree in principle to eliminate the practice commonly referred to as moonlighting.

  • Systems The details of any systems work will be determined after a thorough business analysis. System's work will be billed on a time and material basis. Investors Bank provides an allowance of 10 systems hours for data extract set up and reporting extract set up. Additional hours will be billed on a time and material basis.

  • Networks 1. Health plan provider networks must have a full range of primary care and specialist physicians with reasonable numbers of each in relationship to eligible State employees.

  • Operational Support Systems <<customer_name>> shall pay charges for Operational Support Systems (OSS) as set forth in this Agreement in Attachment 1 and/or in Attachments 2, 3 and 5, as applicable.

  • Network Services Preventive care: 100% coverage. Preventive services include, but are not restricted to routine physical exams, routine gynecological exams, routine hearing exams, routine eye exams, and immunizations. A $100 single and $200 family combined annual deductible will apply to lab/diagnostic testing after which 100% coverage will apply. A $50 copay will apply to CT and MRI scans.

  • Information Systems The Official Agency in conjunction with the Authority will meet the relevant requirements of Articles 131 to 136 of Regulation (EU) 2017/625 and Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1715 as appropriate to the Official Agency. The Official Agency shall record appropriate data in the Official Agency Premises Inspection database (OAPI), which will be further developed over the life of the contract. Data should be entered into the database on an ongoing basis but shall be entered within one month of the activity taking place, unless otherwise agreed with the Authority.

  • Operations Support Systems Verizon systems for pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair, and billing.

  • Security Systems The Service may not be compatible with security systems. You may be required to maintain a telephone connection through your local exchange carrier in order to use any alarm monitoring functions for any security system installed in your home or business. You are responsible for contacting the alarm monitoring company to test the compatibility of any alarm monitoring or security system with the Service.
