House Board. The names of all Actors employed in the production, including understudies and swings, shall be listed alphabetically on a house board either in front of the theatre or prominently displayed inside the lobby. Stage Managers, may be listed separately on this board. Should there be errors or omissions in this listing, provided such errors or omissions are not corrected within two business days after the day on which written notice either by Actor or Equity is received by the Producer, the Actor shall be paid one-eighth of the Actor's contractual salary, for each day the error goes uncorrected. (See also Rule 10, CHANGES IN CAST and Rule 69(I), UNDERSTUDIES.)

House Board. The names of all Stage Managers and Actors employed in the production shall be placed on an alphabetical listing board either in front of the theatre or prominently displayed inside the lobby. Stage Managers, understudies and swings may be listed separately on this board. If there is no free printed cast list available to every patron who enters the theatre at all performances, the house board shall also include each Actor, Understudy, Stage Manager and Assistant Stage Manager’s role or function. Should there be errors or omissions in this listing, provided such errors or omissions are not corrected within two business days after the day on which written notice either by Stage Manager or Actor or Equity is received by the Producer, they shall be paid one-eighth of their contractual salary, for each day the error goes uncorrected. (See also Rule 11, CHANGES IN CAST and Rule 74(H), UNDERSTUDIES.)
House Board. The chapter leases the chapter house from legal name of facility board (“House Board”). The student, the co-signer, and the chapter grant rights to House Board hereunder, which are essential terms of this contract.

  • Executive Board In addition to the rules in Section 6.2, the following rules shall apply:

  • Leave, Board of Directors A nurse who is elected to the Board of Directors of the Ontario Nurses' Association, other than to the office of President, shall be granted upon request such leave(s) of absence as she or he may require to fulfill the duties of the position. Reasonable notice - sufficient to adequately allow the Hospital to minimize disruption of its services shall be given to the Hospital for such leave of absence. Notwithstanding Article 10.04, there shall be no loss of seniority or service for a nurse during such leave of absence. Leave of absence under this provision shall be in addition to the Union leave provided in Article 11.02

  • Management Committee The Members shall act collectively through meetings as a "committee of the whole," which is hereby named the "Management Committee." The Management Committee shall conduct its affairs in accordance with the following provisions and the other provisions of this Agreement:

  • The Board 6.1 The appointment, dismissal and conduct of the Board shall be regulated in accordance with this agreement and the Articles.

  • Education Committee (a) The Employer will establish an Education Committee for all employees in the facility, which shall include at least one representative from ONA members.

  • Hospital-Association Committee (a) There shall be a Hospital-Association Committee comprised of representatives of the Hospital, one of whom shall be the Chief Nursing Officer or designate and of the Association, one of whom shall be the Bargaining Unit President or designate. The number of representatives is set out in the Appendix of Local Provisions and the membership of the Committee may be expanded by mutual agreement.

  • Association-Management Committee There shall be an Association-Management Committee comprised of two (2) representatives of the parties. The Committee shall meet quarterly, unless otherwise mutually agreed. Agenda items to be discussed shall be exchanged in writing at least five calendar days prior to the meeting. Meetings of this Committee will be to discuss matters of mutual concern, matters relating to nursing, professional practice, scheduling and work load issues. The Committee shall promote and provide for effective and meaningful communication. The parties agree Self Scheduling is appropriate subject matter to discuss in this forum.

  • Labour Management Committee (a) Where the parties mutually agree that there are matters of mutual concern and interest that would be beneficial if discussed at a Labour-Management Committee Meeting during the term of this Agreement, the following shall apply.

  • Consultative Committee 26.1 The parties agree to establish a consultative committee to assist the parties improve productivity, efficiency and to provide for the effective involvement of employees in decision making processes. The committee will consist of an equal number of company and elected employee representatives.

  • JOINT LABOUR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE 18.01 A Joint Labour Management Committee shall be established to attend to those matters which are of mutual interest. To ensure its effectiveness the Committee shall be separate and apart from the grievance procedure.
