Hours of Work for Temporary Part-Time Members (SI1. 12.1.1.1 The Department Head, subject to regulation and control by the City Manager, shall determine the number of hours of work per day and work week which any part-time employee shall be required to work, or whether such part-time employee shall work at all, provided, however, that in accordance with City Charter Article IX, Section 902, no part- time employee shall work more than one-half the established working hours within a fiscal year. Whenever feasible, each part-time SI1 employee shall be provided a written schedule of his/her hours of work.
