High Work Differential. When an employee is required to perform work more than twenty (20) feet directly above the ground or water and is required to use safety ropes, scaffolds, boatswain chairs, safety harnesses or other safety devices for support, the employee shall receive seventy-five cents ($.75) per hour for all hours worked.
