Common use of Health Reimbursement Plan Clause in Contracts

Health Reimbursement Plan. The employer will contribute annually the amount of seven hundred and fifty ($750.00) for individual coverage and one thousand and five-hundred ($1,500) for dependent coverage into a health reimbursement account chosen by the employer for reimbursement of IRC Section 213(d) medical expenses incurred by themselves and their spouse and dependents. The employee must be enrolled in the high deductible health plan to be eligible for the contribution.
