Health Insurance Committee. The School District and TESA will establish a joint committee to explore health insurance options. Further, if any of the health insurance changes agreed to by the parties throughout this article (Article 16) prohibits the School District from recouping per pupil funding from the state based upon “best practices,” then the parties will meet in good faith for the purpose of agreeing to a resolution which will allow the District to recoup the per pupil funding.
