Common use of Health Examinations Clause in Contracts

Health Examinations. 31.01 Upon initial employment and periodically as required, physical examinations will be completed when specified by current State and Federal laws to confirm the ability of the Employee to safely perform the tasks of the position. New Employees shall pay for such examinations as a condition of employment. During employment, periodic examinations will be administered by facilities specified by the Administration and at Districts expense.
