Health and Welfare Trust Fund. The Employer shall contribute an amount per hour to the Sheet Metal Workers Local 296, Saskatchewan Health & Welfare Trust Fund in accordance with Part 2, Classification and Wage Scales, of Appendices A through C and forming part of this Agreement. Both Parties to this Agreement agree to continue the Health & Welfare Trust Fund. The Employers and the Union shall elect an equal number of Trustees who shall have the responsibility of administrating a Health & Welfare Plan.
