Health and Welfare Trust Fund. The Employer will contribute to the "Asbestos Workers Health and Welfare Trust Fund", to be established by a Joint Board of Trustees in accordance with the attached Appendix A and forming part of this Agreement. The Parties to this Agreement shall appoint two (2) representatives each to represent the Union and the Employers on the Joint Board of Trustees referred to above. The Joint Trustees shall have complete responsibility for the selection, implementation and administration of the "Asbestos Health and Welfare Trust Fund". The four (4) Joint Trustees, representing their respective sides, shall vote on any decision affecting the Plan.
