Health and Safety Code Compliance. Tenant agrees to comply with all obligations primarily imposed upon Tenants by applicable provisions of building and housing codes materially affecting health and safety. Tenant agrees to maintain the interior and the exterior of the premises in a clean and sanitary condition. Tenant further agrees to dispose of garbage, rubbish, old motor oil, old car batteries, and other waste from the premises in sanitary and safe manner. Tenant agrees to use all electrical, plumbing, sanitary, heating, and appliances in a reasonable manner. Tenant agrees to remove sick, dead or injured animals within their area so that removal can be procured.

Related to Health and Safety Code Compliance

  • Health and Safety Standards Contractor shall abide by all health and safety standards set forth by the State of California and/or the County of Xxxxxx pursuant to the Injury and Illness Prevention Program. If applicable, Contractor must receive all health and safety information and training from County.

  • HEALTH AND SAFETY C8.1 The Contractor shall promptly notify the Authority of any health and safety hazards which may arise in connection with the performance of the Contract. The Authority shall promptly notify the Contractor of any health and safety hazards which may exist or arise at the Authority’s Premises and which may affect the Contractor in the performance of the Contract.

The person so appointed shall, on request:  Supply the Eskom Safety Officer with copies of minutes of all Health and Safety Committee meetings, whenever he is required to do so;  Supply the Eskom Safety Officer with copies of all appointments in respect of employees employed on this contract, in terms of the Act and Regulations and shall advise the Eskom Safety Officer of any changes thereto. Eskom may, at any stage during the currency of this agreement, be entitled to:  Do safety audits at the Contractor’s premises, its work-places and on its employees;  Refuse any employee, sub-contractor or agent of the Contractor access to its premises if such person has been found to commit any unlawful act or any unsafe working practice or is found to be not authorised or qualified in terms of the Act;

  • COMPLIANCE WITH HEALTH & SAFETY CODE § 25249 7(f) Xxxxxxxx agrees to comply with the reporting requirements referenced in Health & Safety Code § 25249.7(f).

The Supplier shall notify the Authority of any use of substances listed under COSHH regulations or the Montreal Protocol in the provision of the Services.

  • Health and Safety Grievances A. It is the policy of the State employer to enforce safety and health, policies, procedures, and work practices and protect employees from harm in connection with State operations.

  • Work Health and Safety (a) The employer and employee acknowledge their responsibilities under the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 and Work Health and Safety Regulations 2012.
