health and safety at work means all elements related to the prevention and protection of the health and safety of workers at work in their current or past activities, in particular accidents at work, occupational diseases and other work-related health problems and illnesses;
health and safety at work means such work conditions as are not conducive to occupational diseases and accidents at work and create prerequisites for full physical, psychological and social well-being of the working persons.
