HAZARDOUS. Tenant expressly represents and warrants that no hazardous materials, substances, hazardous wastes, pollutants or contaminants will be used, deposited, stored disposed of, placed or otherwise located in or on the Premises at any time that would constitute a violation under any law, ordinance, rule or regulation relating to hazardous substances, hazardous wastes, pollutants or contaminants. As used in this subsection, the terms "hazardous substances"", "hazardous wastes", "pollutants", "contaminants" and "facility" mean any substances, wastes, pollutants, contaminants or facility now or hereafter included within those respective terms or terms similar thereto under a now existing or hereafter enacted or amended federal, state or local statue, ordinance, code or regulation.
