Common use of Handling of Grievance Clause in Contracts

Handling of Grievance. Any investigation or other handling or processing of any grievance by the grievant or the Association shall be conducted so as to result in no interference with or interruption whatsoever of the instructional program and related work activities of the grievant or of the District’s employees. However, if during grievance proceedings bargaining unit members are required to be present during the regular work day, these employees shall be released without loss of pay or benefits.
