Hammer Mill. The hammer mill located at ATB crushes wood chips by impact crushing in which the wood chips are hit by the hammers at high speed. The result is that the chips break into smaller fractions until they can be sucked through the perforated sieve on the bottom of the milling chamber. The milling degree and consequently the particle size of the crushed material is determined by the size of the sieve holes (see Figure 2). The crushed material (fibre) is sucked from the milling chamber through the corresponding sieve by means of a fan. With the air flow generated by the fan, the fibre is separated via a cyclone and collected in a modified lidded bowl mounted underneath.

Hammer Mill. Subject to the provisions of this Section 13, the Company will return the hammer mill which is currently located (though not in use) at the Company's Hutchins, Texas facility to the Executive and his partners. The Executive hereby represents and warrants that no person other than the Executive and his partners, whom the Executive has disclosed to the Company prior to the execution of this Agreement, or the Company, has any title or ownership interest in the hammer mill. The Company will make the hammer mill available to the Executive for him to take possession of it and remove it from the Hutchins, Texas facility at the Executive's expense, upon at least 48 hours prior written notice by the Executive to the Company. In the event the Executive has not removed the hammer mill from the Company's Hutchins, Texas facility within sixty (60) days after the date hereof, the Company shall have no duty or obligation to the Executive or his partners with respect to the hammer mill.

  • Asset Management Supplier will: i) maintain an asset inventory of all media and equipment where Accenture Data is stored.   • Name of Building Tenant shall not use the name of the Building for any purpose other than as the address of the business conducted by Tenant in the Premises without the written consent of Landlord. Landlord reserves the right to change the name of the Building at any time in its sole discretion by written notice to Tenant and Landlord shall not be liable to Tenant for any loss, cost or expense on account of any such change of name.

  • Account Management 15.1 The Contractor is required to provide a dedicated Strategic Account Manager who will be the main point of contact for the Authority. The Strategic Account Manager will:  Attend quarterly, or as otherwise agreed, review meetings with the Authority, in person at the Authority’s premises or other locations as determined by the Authority  Attend regular catch-up meetings with the Authority, in person or by telephone/videoconference  Resolve any on-going operational issues which have not been resolved by the Contractor or Account Manager(s) and therefore require escalation  Ensure that the costs involved in delivering the Framework are as low as possible, whilst always meeting the required standards of service and quality.
