Texas Facility definition

Texas Facility means each Facility located in the State of Texas.
Texas Facility has the meaning set forth in the recitals.
Texas Facility means the manufacturing facility operated by Cypress and located at 1▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇.

  • Delta or its applicable Subsidiary (as lessor) and Ultra or its applicable Subsidiary (as lessee) have entered or shall enter into a sublease of portions of the Plano, Texas Facility pursuant to a sublease agreement with a termination date of November 30, 2021 substantially in the agreed form attached hereto as Exhibit 4.

  • The Executive shall devote the Executive's full time, best efforts, attention and skill to, and shall perform faithfully, loyally and efficiently the Executive's duties at the Company's Taylor Texas Facility.

  • Any notice hereunder given by Purchaser shall set forth the date of termination of the lease with respect to the New Mexico Facility and the date of commencement of occupancy of the additional space under the lease with respect to the Texas Facility, which dates shall not be more than six months after the date of such notice.

  • With respect to building structures, fixtures, systems and other improvements comprising the Texas Facility not currently used by Seller (collectively, the "Texas Unused Improvements").
