Growth Management Planning. The RECIPIENT certifies by signing this agreement that it is in compliance with the requirements of Chapter 36.70A RCW, “Growth Management Planning by Selected Counties and Cities.” If the status of compliance changes, either through RECIPIENT or legislative action, the RECIPIENT shall notify ECOLOGY in writing of this change within 30 days.
