Group Health Insurance Premiums. a. The City will pay one-hundred percent (100%) of the health care premiums for employees and their dependents for employees hired on or before June 30, 2006. For employees hired on or after July 1, 2006, the City will pay one-hundred percent (100%) of the employee’s health care premiums and seventy-five percent (75%) of the employee’s dependents health care premium and the employee will pay twenty-five percent (25%) of the health care premiums for their dependents.
