GRIGORIOU E. SIA OE is business company or organisation, which has the ability and interest to present study on the UPJŠ MF to foreign applicants, to inform foreign applicants about conditions of admission on study at the UPJŠ MF, to provide them necessary information about admission proceedings and about study at the UPJŠ MF, to provide maintenance and supply of entrance examination at the UPJŠ MF, if it is necessary, for those applicants, who wants to study under authority of GRIGORIOU E. & SIA OE activity according to this contract (Hereinafter referred as „acquired applicants“), as well as conduct any activities to get foreign students, who are interested in to study at the UPJŠ MF. GRIGORIOU E. SIA OE môže získavať študentov na štúdium medicíny na UPJŠ LF zo zahraničia okrem Izraela, Spojeného Kráľovstva Veľkej Británie a Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx, Xxxxx, Xxxxxx a Nórska.
GRIGORIOU E. SIA OE can recruit the students for study of medicine at the UPJŠ MF from abroad except Israel, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, Ireland, India, Sweden and Norway. Článok IIa. / Article IIa.
GRIGORIOU E. SIA OE shall promote and recruit applicants for study at the UPJŠ MF in study program.
GRIGORIOU E. SIA OE je povinný pri svojej činnosti šíriť a ochraňovať dobré meno UPJŠ LF.
GRIGORIOU E. SIA OE shall in his activity promote and fence goodwill of the UPJŠ MF.
GRIGORIOU E. SIA OE je povinný informovať zahraničných uchádzačov o všetkých skutočnostiach, ktoré sú mu známe alebo by mu mohli byť známe pri vynaložení odbornej starostlivosti ohľadne prijímacích skúšok na UPJŠ LF, organizácie štúdia na UPJŠ LF, výške úhrady a poplatkov a povinnostiach študentov.
GRIGORIOU E. SIA OE shall inform foreign applicants about all facts, which he knows or shall know with serious care about entrance examination at the UPJŠ MF, organization of study at the UPJŠ MF, payment and fees and duties of the students.
GRIGORIOU E. SIA OE je povinný doručiť UPJŠ LF zoznam uchádzačov, ktorí majú záujem zúčastniť sa na prijímacích skúškach na štúdium niektorého zo študijných programov na UPJŠ LF, a to najneskôr do siedmych dní pred konaním prijímacej skúšky, inak UPJŠ LF nie je povinná prizvať uchádzačov na prijímaciu skúšku.
GRIGORIOU E. SIA OE shall deliver to the UPJŠ MF list of those applicants, who want to take part at entrance examination on study of some of the study program at the UPJŠ MF, at the latest within seven days before the date of entrance examination otherwise the UPJŠ MF shall not invite applicants on entrance examination.
