Study Program Clause Samples

Study Program. The study program mobility diagram shall be attached to this Agreement (Annex 1 and Annex 2). It is jointly defined by both Universities. Study program shall cover all the period from the beginnings of study to the last exams, to include the degree. Exams and study period duration shall be organized in a balanced form and shall find justification and validation in both partner Universities, according to the provisions of articles 2 and 3 and to bonds included in the attached study program. It can be modified by mutual consent between the Parties, to no detriment of students already enrolled. During their stay at the Tongji University, students of University of Bologna enrolled in the double degree program may attend some course units taught in English offered in a list of units taught by international professors also from other joint programs/international programs. Professors from the University of Bologna may be invited to teach some of these course units. Tongji University shall offer reimbursement of travel and accommodation costs and a compensation given that they are sponsored by relevant Tongji University’s “talent” programs that are applicable for inviting foreign experts to teach and research in Tongji.

Study Program. The exchange students shall determine their study programs at the host institution in consultation with academic advisors of both home and host institutions. Depending on the study program, language requirements and/or other prerequisites may be imposed.

Study Program. This Agreement shall apply to and continue in full force and effect at any location to which a Temple University bookstore may move or shall be established in the Delaware Valley provided the Employer shall operate that store.

Study Program. The doctoral candidate is obliged to obtain supplementary qualifications during his/her doctoral training phase (detailed in § 5, clauses 1-4). The Advisory Board members may give recommendations to the doctoral student about the courses he/she should take in order to compensate for potential lacks in neuroscientific topics. In total, the doctoral candidate has to accomplish courses in the amount of 18 ECTS credit points. Study Program. Each exchange student shall determine the study program at the host institution in consultation with academic advisors o f both the home and host institutions. Depending on the study program, language requirements and/or other prerequisites may be imposed in accordance with the regulations of the host institution. Exchange students will normally be permitted to enter programs unless these programs are subject to limited enrollments. As part of this exchange program, students can enroll in language and culture courses, taking group classes without charges. Should Kyrgyzstan-Turkey ▇▇▇▇▇ University students wish to take tutorials, they should be responsible for the tuition incurred.
