GRIEVANCE REMEDY. Notwithstanding any provision of this contract or relevant law, a bargaining unit member may file a grievance for the Board’s failure to provide a safe and healthful working environment.
GRIEVANCE REMEDY. Any unresolved complaint involving the reasonableness of any new or existing rule, or any complaint as to discrimination in the application of a new or existing rule shall be resolved through the grievance procedure.
