Grievance Procedure Definitions. A grievance is defined as a claim by an employee, group of employees, or the Association (the “Grievant”) that there has been a violation, misinterpretation or misapplication of a specific provision of the Agreement. No grievance shall be processed or entertained unless it is filed within fifteen (15) days of the occurrence of the event giving rise to the grievance.
