Government Seizure. If any Governmental Authority (or Person acting in any such capacity after a coup thereof) shall have condemned, nationalized, seized, or otherwise expropriated all or any substantial part of the property, shares of capital stock or other assets of any Foreign Loan Party or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries (other than Excluded Subsidiaries), or shall have assumed custody or control of such property or other assets or of the business or operations of any Foreign Loan Party or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries (other than Excluded Subsidiaries), or shall have taken any action for the dissolution or disestablishment of any Foreign Loan Party or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries (other than Excluded Subsidiaries) or any action that would prevent any Foreign Loan Party, any of its Restricted Subsidiaries (other than Excluded Subsidiaries) or any of their respective officers from carrying on the business of such Foreign Loan Party, any of its Restricted Subsidiaries (other than Excluded Subsidiaries) or a substantial part thereof.

Government Seizure. We will not cover loss or damage caused directly or indirectly by: War (including undeclared war or civil war); or a warlike action by a military force; or invasion, insurrection, rebellion, revolution, or unlawful seizure of power including action taken by governmental authority to prevent or defend against any of these. We will not cover your property if it is seized or destroyed under quarantine or Customs regulations, or confiscated by any government or public authority.

  • Government Use If the Software, Documentation, Materials and any other Licensor services are being or have been acquired with U.S. Federal Government funds, or Customer is an agency, department, or other entity of the United States Government ("Government"), the use, duplication, reproduction, release, modification, disclosure, or transfer of the Software or any related documentation of any kind, including technical data, manuals or Materials, is restricted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 12.212 for civilian agencies and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement 227.7202 for military agencies. The Software, Materials, and any Licensor services are COMMERCIAL ITEMS AS DEFINED BY THE FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION.   • Government Programs The Property is subject to the government programs listed below or on the attached exhibit: . Seller shall provide Buyer with copies of all governmental program agreements. Any allocation or proration of payment under governmental programs is made by separate agreement between the parties which will survive closing.
