GOVERNMENT REPORTING REQUIREMENTS. SELLER and BUYER shall execute and deliver as directed or as deemed necessary by SELLER'S attorney, any instrument, affidavit and statement, or to perform any act reasonably necessary to carry out the provisions and regulations of the Foreign Investment in Real Property Act, the Internal Revenue Service, and the Illinois Department of Revenue as required to report this transaction to the proper governmental agencies. SELLER states that SELLER is not a foreign person within the meaning of Section 1445 of the Internal Revenue Code.

GOVERNMENT REPORTING REQUIREMENTS. The Ministry is required to report to the Pay Equity Taskforce and Ministers on the progression of the Claim. The Ministry will share briefing papers with the ECE Steering Group for endorsement. ECE Steering Group Meeting Logistics Meeting Frequency Meetings will be held monthly (at a minimum) with working sessions convened to meet specific objectives. The duration of meetings/workshops will be 60 to 90 minutes (depending on objectives). Notice of Meetings, Agendas and Papers ECE Steering Group members will be advised of the meeting dates set for the remainder of the year (2021). Urgent meetings may be convened with the agreement of the Chair and working sessions will be scheduled as the work programme dictates. The agenda with relevant papers will be distributed to members at least three working days before the meeting. It is at the discretion of the Chair to accept late agenda items and papers. Quorum A quorum of 50% + 1 of the current ECE Steering Group membership, including the Chair or Deputy Chair, is required for the ECE Steering Group to hold a meeting. In the event that there is no quorum, the decision to reschedule the meeting will be made by the Chair. Members are strongly encouraged to make time to attend the meetings, but in the event they are not able to attend, delegates may be accepted at the discretion of the Chair. Meeting Minutes The draft minutes of all meetings will be circulated to members within four working days of the meeting and subsequently to the Employers once finalised by the ECE Steering Group.

  • EDD Independent Subrecipient Reporting Requirements Effective January 1, 2001, the County of Orange is required to file in accordance with subdivision (a) of Section 6041A of the Internal Revenue Code for services received from a “service provider” to whom the County pays $600 or more or with whom the County enters into a contract for $600 or more within a single calendar year. The purpose of this reporting requirement is to increase child support collection by helping to locate parents who are delinquent in their child support obligations. The term “service provider” is defined in California Unemployment Insurance Code Section 1088.8, Subparagraph B.2 as “an individual who is not an employee of the service recipient for California purposes and who received compensation or executes a contract for services performed for that service recipient within or without the State.” The term is further defined by the California Employment Development Department to refer specifically to independent Subrecipients.
