Global Change. Policy language has been modified to recognize the merger of the Finance Department and Budget Office into the Department of Financial Services. Duties previously assigned to the Finance Director, Budget Manager, Finance Department or Budget Office are assigned to Financial Services, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) or a designee. Most changes do not affect the intent of the previous policies, but language is tightened, redundancy removed and sections moved or merged.
