Other Reference Clause Samples
The "Other Reference" clause defines how external documents, materials, or sources are incorporated into the agreement by reference. Typically, this clause specifies which outside documents are considered part of the contract, how they are identified, and the manner in which they are accessed or updated. The core function of this clause is to ensure that all relevant external information is clearly included in the agreement, reducing ambiguity and ensuring that both parties are aware of and bound by these referenced materials.
