Global Notes definition

Global Notes means, individually and collectively, each of the Restricted Global Notes and the Unrestricted Global Notes deposited with or on behalf of and registered in the name of the Depository or its nominee, substantially in the form of Exhibit A hereto and that bears the Global Note Legend and that has the “Schedule of Exchanges of Interests in the Global Note” attached thereto, issued in accordance with Section 2.01, 2.06(b)(3), 2.06(b)(4), 2.06(d)(2) or 2.06(f) hereof.

Global Notes means, individually and collectively, each of the Restricted Global Notes and the Unrestricted Global Notes, substantially in the form of Exhibit A hereto, issued in accordance with Section 2.01, 2.06(b), 2.06(d) or 2.06(f) hereof.

Global Notes means, individually and collectively, each of the Restricted Global Notes and the Unrestricted Global Notes, in the form of Exhibit A hereto issued in accordance with Section 2.01, 2.06(b)(iv), 2.06(d)(ii) or 2.06(f) hereof.

Examples of Global Notes in a sentence

• Any specific reservation of rights contained elsewhere in the Global Notes does not limit in any respect the general reservation of rights contained in this paragraph.

• Nothing in the Global Notes or the Schedules and Statements shall be deemed a modification or interpretation of the terms of such agreements.

• Any indication that the Global Notes are to be so held does not necessarily mean that the Notes of the relevant Tranche will be recognised as eligible collateral for Eurosystem monetary policy and intra-day credit operations by the Eurosystem either upon issue or at any times during their life as such recognition depends upon satisfaction of the Eurosystem eligibility criteria.

• Registered Notes and Global Notes do not have Receipts, Coupons or Talons attached on issue.

• Transfers of beneficial interests in Registered Global Notes will be effected by DTC, Euroclear or Clearstream, Luxembourg, as the case may be, and, in turn, by other participants and, if appropriate, indirect participants in such clearing systems acting on behalf of beneficial transferors and transferees of such interests.

More Definitions of Global Notes

Global Notes means each of the global Notes issued in accordance with Section 2.01 and substantially in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto that, except as otherwise provided in Section 2.01(b) hereof, bear the Global Note Legend and that have the "Schedule of Exchanges of Interests in the Global Note" attached thereto, and that are deposited with or on behalf of and registered in the name of the Depositary.

Global Notes has the meaning provided in Section 2.01.

Global Notes means the Notes deposited with or on behalf of and registered in the name of the Depositary or its nominee, substantially in the form of Exhibit A hereto and that bears the Global Note Legend and that has the “Schedule of Exchanges of Interests in the Global Note” attached thereto, issued in accordance with this Indenture.

Global Notes means, individually and collectively, each of the Restricted Global Notes and the Unrestricted Global Notes, substantially in the form of Exhibit A, issued in accordance with Section 2.01 or Section 2.07.

Global Notes means, individually and collectively, each of the Global Notes substantially in the form of Exhibit A hereto issued in accordance with Section 2.01 hereof.

Global Notes means, individually and collectively, each of the Global Securities deposited with or on behalf of and registered in the name of the Depositary or its nominee, substantially in the form of Exhibit A hereto and that bears the Global Security Legend and that has the “Schedule of Exchanges of Interests in the Global Note” attached thereto, issued in accordance with Section 2.03 of the Base Indenture and Section 2.03 hereof.

Global Notes means a Note or Notes, as the case may be, in the form established pursuant to Section 2.02 evidencing all or part of a Series of Notes, issued to the Depositary for such Series or its nominee, and registered in the name of such Depositary or nominee.
