Gifted. For teachers with or without Gifted Certification assigned to service identified gifted students in instruction and planning as approved by Administration $20.00/hour With the exception of game supervisors and bus supervisors, who shall be certificated staff, all optional extra duties shall be solicited from certificated and non-certificated staff. In the event that these extra duties are not filled, volunteers shall be solicited. In the event that the positions are still not filled the district shall have the right to assign certificated and non-certificated staff on a rotating basis to these positions at their home base.
Gifted. For teachers with or without Gifted Certification assigned to service identified gifted students in instruction and planning as approved by Administration $20.00/hour Percentages as listed are based on beginning teacher’s salary. Athletic scouts will be paid mileage at the IRS rate as stated in 10.8 of this Agreement for use of their personal vehicles. The principal retains the authority to determine the necessity of athletic scouts for events requested and to determine the number of vehicles used.

  • Alienation (1) Investments of investors of either Contracting Party shall not be alienated, nationalised, expropriated or subjected to measures having effect equivalent to alienation, nationalisation or expropriation (hereinafter referred to as "alienation") in the territory of the other Contracting Party except for a public purpose, in non-discriminatory manner, under due process of law and against payment of compensation according to the host country legislation.   • Restricted Gifts During the period between the date of this Disaffiliation Agreement and Closing, the Parties shall work together to identify any restrictions or change of control provisions in gifts, grants, endowments, restricted accounts and similar funds available or pledged to the Local Church. The Parties shall cooperate to determine any actions that may be necessary, including without limitation any consent or acknowledgment from the grantor of such funds, in order that such funds, resources or pledges will not be adversely affected by the disaffiliation of the Local Church. The Local Church, after disaffiliation, shall treat such funds and any future bequests or other gifts received in the pre-disaffiliation name of the Local Church, consistent with requirements of law and such donor’s direction in the written gift instrument, as restricted for the church related operations and activities as conducted by the Local Church.

  • Non-Alienation The Executive shall not have any right to pledge, hypothecate, anticipate or in any way create a lien upon any amounts provided under this Agreement; and no benefits payable hereunder shall be assignable in anticipation of payment either by voluntary or involuntary acts, or by operation of law, except by will or the laws of descent and distribution.

  • GAINS FROM THE ALIENATION OF PROPERTY 1. Gains from the alienation of immovable property, as defined in paragraph 2 of Article 6, may be taxed in the Contracting State in which such property is situated.

  • Nonalienation The interests of the Executive under this Agreement are not subject in any manner to anticipation, alienation, sale, transfer, assignment, pledge, encumbrance, attachment, or garnishment by creditors of the Executive or the Executive’s beneficiary.

  • Restricted Rights Use of the Software by or for the United States Government is conditioned upon the Government agreeing that the Software is subject to Restricted Rights as provided under the provisions set forth in FAR 52.227-19. Customer shall be responsible for assuring that this provision is included in all agreements with the United States Government and that the Software, when delivered to the Government, is correctly marked as required by applicable Government regulations governing such Restricted Rights as of such delivery.

  • No Rights The Hiring Agreement constitutes permission only to use the premises and confers no tenancy or other right of occupation on the Hirer.
