Generator/Equipment Certification. Generating systems that utilize inverter technology must be compliant with Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers IEEE Std 1547 and Underwriters Laboratories UL 1741 in effect at the time this Interconnection Agreement is executed. Generating systems that use a rotating machine must be compliant with applicable National Electrical Code, Underwriters Laboratories, and Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers standards and rules and orders of the Hawaii Public Utilities Commission in effect at the time this Interconnection Agreement is executed. By signing below, the Applicant certifies that the installed generating equipment meets the appropriate preceding requirement(s) and can supply documentation that confirms compliance. Generator/Equipment Certification. All QREG Facilities must be compliant with the current National Electric Code. In addition, generating systems that utilize inverter technology must be compliant with the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (“IEEE”) 1547, Underwriters Laboratories (“UL”) 1741 (or subsequent approved revisions thereof), and the Borough’s Technical Requirements unless the requirement is specifically waived in writing by the Borough. For facilities of 10 kW or less using inverter-based technology which has been certified by the manufacturer(s) as being compliant with IEEE 1547 and UL 1741(or subsequent approved revisions thereof), the technology will be deemed to be in compliance with the Borough’s “Technical Requirements”. However, such preliminary technical compliance does not limit, eliminate, or affect in any way, the customer’s obligation to comply with all other requirements. By signing this Application/Agreement in Section 9, Applicant certifies that the installed generating equipment and inverter technology meet the preceding requirement(s) and Applicant has attached the manufacturer’s documentation to confirm compliance with IEEE 1547 and UL 1741(or subsequent approved revisions thereof).

  • Contractor Certification The Department may, at its option, terminate the Contract if the Contractor is found to have submitted a false certification as provided under section 287.135(5), F.S., or been placed on the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan List or the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List, or been engaged in business operations in Cuba or Syria, or to have been placed on the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott Israel List or is engaged in a boycott of Israel.

  • CHILD SUPPORT CERTIFICATION Under Section 231.006, Texas Family Code, the Engineer certifies that the individual or business entity named in this contract, bid, or application is not ineligible to receive the specified grant, loan, or payment and acknowledges that this contract may be terminated and payment may be withheld if this certification is inaccurate. If the above certification is shown to be false, the Engineer is liable to the state for attorney’s fees, the cost necessary to complete the contract, including the cost of advertising and awarding a second contract, and any other damages provided by law or the contract. A child support obligor or business entity ineligible to receive payments because of a payment delinquency of more than thirty (30) days remains ineligible until: all arrearages have been paid; the obligor is in compliance with a written repayment agreement or court order as to any existing delinquency; or the court of continuing jurisdiction over the child support order has granted the obligor an exemption from Subsection (a) of Section 231.006, Texas Family Code, as part of a court- supervised effort to improve earnings and child support payments.

  • Drug-Free Workplace Certification As required by Executive Order No. 90-5 dated April 12, 1990, issued by the Governor of Indiana, the Contractor hereby covenants and agrees to make a good faith effort to provide and maintain a drug-free workplace. The Contractor will give written notice to the State within ten (10) days after receiving actual notice that the Contractor, or an employee of the Contractor in the State of Indiana, has been convicted of a criminal drug violation occurring in the workplace. False certification or violation of this certification may result in sanctions including, but not limited to, suspension of contract payments, termination of this Contract and/or debarment of contracting opportunities with the State for up to three (3) years. In addition to the provisions of the above paragraph, if the total amount set forth in this Contract is in excess of $25,000.00, the Contractor certifies and agrees that it will provide a drug-free workplace by:

  • Exhibit D - Debarment Certification By signing and submitting this Contract, the Contractor is agreeing to abide by the debarment requirements as set out below. • The certification in this clause is a material representation of fact relied upon by County. • The Contractor shall provide immediate written notice to County if at any time the Contractor learns that its certification was erroneous or has become erroneous by reason of changed circumstances. • Contractor certifies that none of its principals, affiliates, agents, representatives or contractors are excluded, disqualified or ineligible for the award of contracts by any Federal agency and Contractor further certifies to the best of its knowledge and belief, that it and its principals: • Are not presently debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible, or voluntarily excluded by any Federal Department or Agency; • Have not been convicted within the preceding three-years of any of the offenses listed in 2 CFR 180.800(a) or had a civil judgment rendered against it for one of those offenses within that time period; • Are not presently indicted for or otherwise criminally or civilly charged by a governmental entity (Federal, State, or Local) with commission of any of the offenses listed in 2 CFR 180.800(a); • Have not had one or more public transactions (Federal, State, or Local) terminated within the preceding three-years for cause or default. • The Contractor agrees by signing this Contract that it will not knowingly enter into any subcontract or covered transaction with a person who is proposed for debarment, debarred, suspended, declared ineligible, or voluntarily excluded from participation in this covered transaction. • Any subcontractor will provide a debarment certification that includes the debarment clause as noted in preceding bullets above, without modification.

  • Cost Certification Redeveloper shall submit authentic documentation to the City on approved forms or format for payment of any expenses related to construction of the eligible Redeveloper Priority Expenses. Redeveloper shall timely submit receipts, invoices, or proof of payment concurrently with the request for reimbursement of eligible Redeveloper Priority Expenses. The City shall approve or reject the request for reimbursement with reasons stated, based on the review within ten (10) business days of receipt of the same. The foregoing notwithstanding, the City reserves the right during said ten (10) day period to request additional information and documentation related to a request for reimbursement from Redeveloper, and such a request by the City shall have the effect of restarting the ten (10) day period upon receipt of all requested information. Failure of the City to reject the request for reimbursement within said ten

  • Equipment Specifications All equipment must meet the contract specifications and all federal and State safety codes and regulations in effect at the date of manufacture. All equipment must be Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) equipment unless otherwise stated in the contract. Items Offered as New. All products, materials, supplies, replacement parts, and equipment offered and furnished must be new, of current manufacturer production, and must have been formally announced by the manufacturer as being commercially available, unless otherwise stated in this Contract.

  • ISO 9001 Certification The Contractor shall maintain or exceed their ISO 9001 Certification and submit updates, if applicable

  • AS9100 Certification ‌ AS9100 Certification, specifies requirements for a quality management system to demonstrate the Contractor’s ability to consistently meet the customer requirements as well as statutory and regulatory requirements for the aerospace industry. An AS9100 Certification, is not mandatory; however, Contractors who desire to compete for work within the aerospace industry are encouraged to have AS9100 Certification, during the entire term of OASIS. The Contractor shall notify the OASIS CO, in writing, if there are any changes in the status of their AS9100 Certification, and provide the reasons for the change and copies of audits from an AS9100 Certification Body, as applicable. If only part of a Contractor’s organization is AS9100, certified, the Contractor shall make the distinction between which business units or sites and geographic locations have been certified.

  • Building Commissioning Services The Owner may provide as a part of its testing services the Building Commissioning services involving the project’s HVAC and exhaust systems, temperature control systems, fire detection and alarm systems, emergency power and lighting system, fire suppression system, security locks and security locking control systems, food service equipment (if applicable), and laundry equipment (if applicable). In the event the Using Agency’s Program specifies additional commissioning services, the Owner shall procure such services as well. The Owner, through its Executive Administrator, may engage an independent Commissioning Authority. It is the intent of this Article that the Commissioning Authority enforce the requirements mentioned herein and certify that the systems and equipment listed all function properly prior to the initiation of each final inspection.
