GENERAL OFFICE AREAS. Nightly · All stone, ceramic, tile, marble, and terrazzo flooring to be swept nightly, using approved dust- down preparations. · All linoleum, vinyl, rubber asphalt tile and other similar types of flooring to be swept nightly using approved dust-down preparations. · All carpeting and mgs in offices, lobbies, and corridors, to be vacuumed weekly and carpet swept nightly. · Hand dust and wipe clean with damp or treated cloth, all office furniture, file cabinets, paneling, fixtures and window xxxxx or enclosures and all other horizontal surfaces nightly; wash window xxxxx when necessary. · Empty all waste receptacles, disposal cans and baskets nightly and remove from the demised premise wastepaper and rubbish to designated area. · Dust all door and other ventilating louvers within reach; damp wipe as necessary. · Dust all telephones nightly. · Damp wipe and clean all glass furniture tops nightly. · Remove all finger marks and smudges from doors, doorframes and around light switches nightly. Periodic · Dust all vertical surfaces not reached during nightly cleaning four (4) times per year. · All stone, ceramic, tile, marble, and terrazzo flooring to be mopped one (1) time per week.

Weekly: • Spot clean doors and walls especially around door frames and light switches. • Spray-buff or hi-speed burnishes all hard surface floors. Monthly: • Wash all glass doors, partitions mid glass walls that may exist. • Render all dusting or accessible surfaces not reached by daily cleaning. Quarterly: • Dust all ceiling vents. Kitchenettes Daily: • Pull all trash and replace liners. • Remove dust from all furniture, window ledges, radiators, coat racks, artificial plants, paintings and other wall decorations. • Wipe down all tables and chairs. • Wipe down all trash containers • Vacuum all carpeting • Spot clean all carpeting. • Dry-mop all hard surface floors. Weekly: • Spray-buff or hi-speed burnishes all hard surface floors. Quarterly: • Vacuum all ceiling vents.

GENERAL OFFICE AREAS. Lighting control is simple on/off by multi gang switch plates at each core, via the lighting control system. The Tenant is able to subdivide the building into smaller lighting control zones and add local switch drops with minimal wastage and disruption.

Trash will be removed from building and deposited in designated containers or compactors. • Furniture, workstations, fixtures, filing cabinets, etc. will be dusted. Work surfaces will be dusted provided they have been cleared of work papers and personal belongings. • Walls, doors, windowsills, ledges will be dusted. • Carpeting and rugs will be vacuumed and spot cleaned. • Vinyl tile floors will be dry mopped and damp mopped. • Interior partition glass will be spot cleaned. • Water coolers and fountains will be cleaned and sanitized. Monthly Cleaning • Stiff brush or vacuum all upholstered furniture. • Detail vacuum all edges and corners. • Grills and diffusers will be dusted. • Vinyl tile floors will be spray buffed or burnished. Annually • Vinyl tile floors will be scrubbed or stripped and recoated.
