FUNDS TRANSFER SERVICE TERMS. A. PAYMENT ORDER: Customer has requested that Bank provide funds transfer services to Customer to allow Customer to request wire transfers through the Cash Management System. Any request by an Authorized Representative, as defined hereafter, through the Cash Management System for a transfer of funds, or any amendment or modification to, or cancellation of, that request, is referred to in these Service Terms as a "Payment Order."

FUNDS TRANSFER SERVICE TERMS. The following provisions are in addition to, and not in place of, any other agreements you have with us regarding funds transfers to and from your account. The terms “funds transfer,” “funds transfer system,” “payment order,” and “beneficiary,” as used in this Agreement, are defined in Article 4A of the Uniform Commercial Code (“Article 4A”), as adopted by the state whose laws govern your account. As used in these provisions, a funds transfer does not include a transaction made using an Atlantic Union Bank issued card. For information regarding a transaction using an Atlantic Union Bank issued card, refer to the Section titled “Debit and ATM Cards.” Examples of funds transfers covered by these provisions are ACH transactions, remittance transfers, and wire transfers (whether outgoing or incoming, international, or domestic). Some transfers referenced in this section may also be electronic fund transfers subject to Regulation E, Subpart A. If the transfer is governed by Regulation E, Subpart A (for example, a person-to-person/peer-to-peer (“P2P”) payment) or Regulation E, Subpart B (for example, a wire transfer sent outside the United States), the provisions of the Section titled “Electronic Fund Transfer Services - Your Rights and Liabilities” control in the event of conflict with this Section. Specifically, please review the Section titled “Electronic Fund Transfer Services - Your Rights and Liabilities” for rights that you have regarding unauthorized transfers governed by Regulation E.

  • Service Terms Each Service Order will provide for a service term. At the end of the service term of any Service Order, unless either party gives written notice to the other party of its intention not to renew at least ninety (90) days before the end of a service term, the term of such Service Order will automatically renew for successive twelve (12) month periods. Termination of one Service Order will not affect the term of any other Service Order.

  • TELEPHONE BANKING SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS Before using any Telephone Banking Service, please read the terms and conditions set out below, which govern your use of such service. By using your TBS Access Code to operate the Telephone Banking Service, you are accepting the terms and conditions set out below and will be bound by them.

  • Routing for Operator Services and Directory Assistance Traffic For a Verizon Telecommunications Service dial tone line purchased by MLTC for resale pursuant to the Resale Attachment, upon request by MLTC, Verizon will establish an arrangement that will permit MLTC to route the MLTC Customer’s calls for operator and directory assistance services to a provider of operator and directory assistance services selected by MLTC. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement pursuant to an appropriate written request submitted by MLTC and a mutually agreed-upon schedule. This routing arrangement will be implemented at MLTC's expense, with charges determined on an individual case basis. In addition to charges for initially establishing the routing arrangement, MLTC will be responsible for ongoing monthly and/or usage charges for the routing arrangement. MLTC shall arrange, at its own expense, the trunking and other facilities required to transport traffic to MLTC’s selected provider of operator and directory assistance services.

  • Directory Assistance Service Updates 8.3.3.1 BellSouth shall update end user listings changes daily. These changes include:

  • Network Services Local Access Services In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring local loop charges ranging from $1,200 to $2,000 for TDM-based DS-3 Network Services Local Access Services at 2 CLLI codes mutually agreed upon by Customer and Company.

  • CHILD AND DEPENDENT ADULT/ELDER ABUSE REPORTING CONTRACTOR shall establish a procedure acceptable to ADMINISTRATOR to ensure that all employees, agents, subcontractors, and all other individuals performing services under this Agreement report child abuse or neglect to one of the agencies specified in Penal Code Section 11165.9 and dependent adult or elder abuse as defined in Section 15610.07 of the WIC to one of the agencies specified in WIC Section 15630. CONTRACTOR shall require such employees, agents, subcontractors, and all other individuals performing services under this Agreement to sign a statement acknowledging the child abuse reporting requirements set forth in Sections 11166 and 11166.05 of the Penal Code and the dependent adult and elder abuse reporting requirements, as set forth in Section 15630 of the WIC, and shall comply with the provisions of these code sections, as they now exist or as they may hereafter be amended.

  • Notice and Service Thereof 1.5.1 Any notice from one party to the other or otherwise under the Contract Documents shall be in writing and shall be dated and signed by the party giving notice or by a duly authorized representative of that party. Notice shall not be effective for any purpose whatsoever unless served in one of the following manners:

  • CUSTOMER SERVICE ACCESS The Competitive Supplier agrees to provide, or cause to be provided, certain customer services to Participating Consumers. Such services shall be reasonably accessible to all Participating Consumers, shall be available during normal working hours, shall allow Participating Consumers to transact business they may have with the Competitive Supplier, and shall serve as a communications liaison among the Competitive Supplier, the Town, and the Local Distributor. A toll-free telephone number will be established by Competitive Supplier and be available for Participating Consumers to contact Competitive Supplier during normal business hours (9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday) to resolve concerns, answer questions and transact business with respect to the service received from Competitive Supplier. The Town will post program-related information on the Town’s website which will be available to Participating Consumers for general information, product and service information, and other purposes.

  • Directory Assistance Service 8.3.1 Directory Assistance Service provides local end user telephone number listings with the option to complete the call at the caller's direction separate and distinct from local switching.
