Funds In Transfer Business Day. Funds transfers occur on non-holiday weekdays (Monday through Friday) only.TCU’s funds transfer business day consists of the hours from 8:00 A.M. to 3:30 P.M. Eastern Standard Time on those days that we are open for business. Any wire transfers or receipts after 3:30 P.M. Eastern Standard Time may not be completed until the following non-holiday weekday (please call to confirm). Payment orders are executed as soon as possible after received; therefore, you should tell us immediately if you wish to cancel or modify wire instructions. Efforts to act on requests for cancellations or modifications will be made, but TCU is not liable if, for any reason, the funds transfer is not canceled or xxxxxxxx.Xxx agree to reimburse TCU for any costs, losses, or damages that are incurred in connection with requests to cancel or modify funds transfers. A refund of money from cancellation of a funds transfer will take place once TCU determines that the beneficiary has not received the funds and the funds are returned to TCU.The refund may not be equal to the amount of the original funds transfer due to charges that may be imposed by other financial institutions.

  • Day not a Business Day If any day on or before which any action or notice is required to be taken or given hereunder is not a Business Day, then such action or notice shall be required to be taken or given on or before the requisite time on the next succeeding day that is a Business Day.

  • Funds Transfers With respect to each Instruction for a Cash transfer, when the Instruction is to credit or pay a party by both a name and a unique numeric or alpha-numeric identifier (e.g., IBAN or ABA or account number), BNY Mellon and any other bank participating in the Cash transfer will be entitled to rely solely on such numeric or alpha-numeric identifier, even if it identifies a party different from the party named. Such reliance on an identifier will apply to beneficiaries named in the Instruction, as well as any financial institution that is designated in the Instruction to act as an intermediary in such Cash transfer. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Parties will be bound by the rules of any transfer system used to effect a Cash transfer under this Agreement.

If this is unsuccessful (for example, the Eligible Transaction Account has been closed) we will make reasonable attempts to otherwise return the funds to you.

  • Administrative Transfers The District reserves the right to transfer personnel as conditions may require. Seniority and posting shall not apply in an administrative transfer involving two permanent employees. Transfers of this nature will be discussed with the exclusive representative's agent prior to final disposition. Except in the case of an emergency, (as defined by the District), the exclusive representative and the affected employee(s) will be given at least two (2) weeks advance written notice.

  • Personal Business Day On April 01 of each fiscal year, one (1) day (eight (8) hours) of paid leave will be credited to employees for use in personal or special circumstances. At no time will an employee have a credit of more than ten (10) Personal Business Days. The granting of such personal leave will be subject to normal approval by supervision subject to operational requirements, and will not be unreasonably withheld. Upon termination of employment with the Company, unused day(s) will be paid off at the employee's current salary in effect at the time.

  • Minimum Call-In Time Any employee called in to work on a day when the employee is not scheduled to work shall receive a minimum of two (2) hours pay at the appropriate rate of pay under this Agreement.
