FRINGE BENEFIT COVERAGE FOR OTHER EMPLOYEES. Each of the Trust Funds may adopt rules allowing employees not covered by this Agreement to participate in those Trust Funds to the extent permitted by law. The rules for the participation of those employees shall be set forth in a written participation Agreement between the Trust Fund and the Employer, which may incorporate the rules of this Article by reference.
