Framework Partnership Board (FPB. A Framework Partnership Board (FPB) will link the Commission and the EU- funded HBP Core Project. The FPB provides the mechanisms to discuss the commitments of the participating organisations and the Commission to the Flagship. It will mainly contribute to maintaining relations of mutual co-operation and regular and transparent exchange of information between the CP consortium and the Commission on the planning, implementation and follow-up of the Flagship activities funded by the Commission and on any other matter of common interest. Representatives of the PPs who participate in the management framework of the CP will also be invited to attend the FPBs. Examples of subjects that FPB meetings will be addressing include: planning and implementation of the Flagship and execution of its activities as defined in the Flagship Action Plan; identifying new relevant H2020 work programme activities; discussing the collaboration framework, selection and integration of PPs within the CP; international collaboration aspects, etc.

  • Staffing Committee A. Responsibilities. The Nurse Staffing Committee (“NSC”) shall be responsible for determining the Institute’s staffing plan and resolving complaints raised by nurses regarding the implementation of the plan as well as those activities required of it under RCW 70.41, et seq and its successors.

  • Management Board 6.1 The Management Board is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the Integrated Service. Its functions and terms of references are set out in Schedule 3 Part I to this Agreement.

  • INDEPENDENT BOARD COMMITTEE AND INDEPENDENT FINANCIAL ADVISER The Independent Board Committee, comprising all the independent non-executive Directors, has been established to advise and give recommendation to the Independent Shareholders on the Loan Agreement and the transactions contemplated thereunder. An independent financial adviser will be appointed to advise the Independent Board Committee and the Independent Shareholders on, among other matters, the fairness and reasonableness of the Loan Agreement and the transactions contemplated thereunder.

  • SYSTEM BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT 16.1 In compliance with Section 204, Title II, of the Railway Labor Act, as amended, there is hereby established a System Board of Adjustment for the purpose of adjusting disputes or grievances which may arise under the terms of this Agreement and which are properly submitted to it after all steps for settling disputes and grievances as set forth in Article 15 have been exhausted.

  • Labour Management Relations Committee 20.01 The parties recognize that a forum for ongoing discussions during the term of the Agreement can promote more harmonious labour relations between them.

  • SCHOOL STAFF COMMITTEES 1. If the majority of the teaching staff in the school so decide, there shall be established a recognized staff committee in that school.
