Form of Application for Students. Students submit applications to the programme co-ordinator Documents to be submitted are: o A letter of application from the candidate, setting out their suitability for admission to the programme o A curriculum vitae. o A description of previous academic programmes undertaken and of professional skills acquired. o Degree certificates, and any additional supporting documents (and for EC nationals whe re available the Diploma Supplement). o Recommendation letters (2 referees, at least one of whom must be able to provide an academic reference) submitted by the referee directly to the Co- ordinator o In the case of applicants in professional practice, a reference from the employer. The application must be submitted in English. Applications are to be received by a date annually fixed by the Administration and Curriculum Board so as to meet application deadlines for financial support from the European Commission.

  • Form of Application The Contractor shall periodically submit to the Design Professional an Application for Payment on the form set forth in Section 7 (sometimes called a "Periodical Estimate") for each payment requested, and, if requested by the Owner or Design Professional, shall attach backup materials including, but not limited to, receipts or other vouchers, showing his payments for materials and labor, including payments previously made to Subcontractors.

Any timber that has been removed from Sale Area during the period of this contract, but remains unscaled after Termination Date, shall be Scaled at the earliest rea- sonable date.

  • Application for Use a. The Employer agrees to accept properly executed leave applications within six (6) months of the first day of the period of leave being requested.
