For Events of Default. (a) Either party may terminate this agreement on not less than 5 Working Days’ notice if the other party has committed or undergone an Event of Default. From time to time during the ensuing notice period the terminating party may give further notices withdrawing the termination or extending the effective date. The termination will be deemed to have been withdrawn if the other party rectifies the Event of Default before the effective date.
For Events of Default mentioned under Clause 14.1 and upon the expiry of Cure Period, the Default Sale Price shall be the Option Price with an addition of 20% (twenty percent) and the process mentioned in Clauses 14.3 and 14.4 shall apply mutatis mutandis.
