CLEC is responsible for the accuracy of its End User Customers' information. accurate and complete LIDB and ICNAM information. The information is provided on an as-is basis with all faults. Qwest does not warrant or guarantee the correctness or the completeness of such information; however, Qwest will access the same database for CLEC's QLSP End User Customers as Qwest accesses for its own End User Customers. Qwest will not be liable for system outage or inaccessibility or for losses arising from the authorized use of the data by CLEC.

  • COVID-19 Residents acknowledge that in March 2020 the World Health Organization declared a global pandemic of the virus leading to COVID-19.
