For cause – by Supplier. The Supplier may terminate the Contract immediately on written notice only if the Customer has not paid any amount which is undisputed and properly payable, the Supplier has notified the Customer of the outstanding amount stating that it will terminate the Contract if the Customer does not pay such amount within a reasonable time set out in the notice, and the reasonable time expires without the Customer disputing the amount or making payment.
