Termination by Customer. Customer may terminate this Agreement at any time by completing both of the following:

The effective date of your termination will be the next applicable meter read date which the switch becomes effective. Your obligations under this Agreement will end when your account balance is paid in full. Should you terminate this Agreement, you will have the option of returning to your Local Utility’s standard offer service or choosing another electricity supplier. If you cancel this Agreement before the term of the Agreement is completed, XOOM reserves the right to deny you subsequent enrollment in any XOOM supply service.
Termination by Customer. Customer may terminate this Agreement (or the applicable portion thereof) without liability effectively immediately upon written notice to Company for any of the following reasons:

In addition, if you leased your Equipment, upon termination you will be responsible for the return of the Equipment to Viasat in accordance with your obligations under the Lease Addendum.
Termination by Customer. Customer may terminate a Subscription or reduce the number of User Licenses at any time during its Term provided that Customer shall not be entitled to any refund on account of such termination or reduction.

If you cancel this Agreement before the term of the Agreement is completed, XOOM reserves the right to deny you subsequent enrollment in any XOOM supply service.
