Focus on Core Competencies. By outsourcing the Services to Provider and leveraging Provider's core competencies, Service Recipient will be able to focus its internal resources on providing services to its customers by receiving improved levels of service in respect of the Services from the Provider. Access Expert Specialist Skills and Knowledge Capital Provider will undertake project work for Service Recipient where Service Recipient desires access to expert specialist skills and knowledge capital to leverage Best Practices from Provider which will in turn allow Service Recipient to improve its service delivery environment, including improving the efficiencies of delivering services. Improve Business Processes Provider shall share Best Practices with the Service Recipient which will allow Service Recipient to improve its business processes, including improving the efficiencies of delivering services to its own internal and external customers. Provider shall provide the Services in a manner that is consistent with Service Recipient's technology strategy, as such strategy may evolve over time. Provider shall ensure ongoing Service Recipient end user satisfaction with the Services.

Related to Focus on Core Competencies

  • Staffing Consultant will designate in writing to Authority its representative, and the manner in which it will provide staff support for the project, which must be approved by Authority. Consultant must notify Authority’s Contract Representative of any change in personnel assigned to perform work under this Contract, and the Authority’s Contract Representative has the right to reject the person or persons assigned to fill the position or positions. The Authority’s Contract Representative shall also have the right to require the removal of the Consultant’s previously assigned personnel, including Consultant’s representative, provided sufficient cause for such removal exists. The criteria for requesting removal of an individual will be based on, but not limited to, the following: technical incompetence, inability to meet the position’s qualifications, failure to perform, poor attendance, ethics violation, unsafe work habits, or damage to Authority or other property. Upon notice for removal, Consultant shall replace such personnel with personnel substantially equal in ability and qualifications for the positions and shall submit the proposed replacement personnel qualification and abilities to the Authority, in writing, for approval.

  • Enurement This Agreement shall enure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto and their respective successors and permitted assigns.

  • DURATION AND INDEPENDENCE 12.1 This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect until complete satisfaction of the Obligations. The Pledge shall not cease to exist, if the Grantors under the Credit Documents have only temporarily discharged the Obligations.

  • Research Independence The Company acknowledges that each Underwriter’s research analysts and research departments, if any, are required to be independent from their respective investment banking divisions and are subject to certain regulations and internal policies, and that such Underwriter’s research analysts may hold and make statements or investment recommendations and/or publish research reports with respect to the Company and/or the offering that differ from the views of its investment bankers. The Company hereby waives and releases, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any claims that the Company may have against such Underwriter with respect to any conflict of interest that may arise from the fact that the views expressed by their independent research analysts and research departments may be different from or inconsistent with the views or advice communicated to the Company by such Underwriter’s investment banking divisions. The Company acknowledges that the Representative is a full service securities firm and as such from time to time, subject to applicable securities laws, may effect transactions for its own account or the account of its customers and hold long or short position in debt or equity securities of the Company.
