Common use of Fittings & Fixtures Clause in Contracts

Fittings & Fixtures. Except those provided by the Promoter, all fitouts to be put-up, erect- ed and installed at or inside the Designated Apartment including the interior decoration shall be done and completed by the Purchaser at its own costs and expenses. In doing and carrying out the said fit out works, the Purchaser shall be obliged to adhere to the following:
