Financial Reporting Standards. The Owner shall comply with the Uniform Financial Reporting Standards of 24 CFR Part 5, Subpart H, including any changes in the regulation and related Directives. This obligation shall apply during the current term of the HAP contract and for each successive renewal term. This Agreement shall be construed under the laws of the State of insert project location and to the extent inconsistent with the laws of the State of insert project location, the laws of the United States of America. This Agreement shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be considered an original for all purposes; provided, however, that all such counterparts shall together constitute one and the same instrument. The Secretary, by the signature of his authorized representative below, consents to assignment made hereby.
