Fictitious Business Name Statement; Other Certificates. The Member may, from time to time, register the Company as a foreign limited liability company and file fictitious or trade name statements or certificates in those jurisdictions and offices as the Member considers necessary or appropriate. The Company may do business under any fictitious business names approved by the Member. The Member will, from time to time, file or cause to be filed certificates of amendment, certificates of cancellation or other certificates as the Member reasonably considers necessary or appropriate under the Act or under the laws of any jurisdiction in which the Company is doing business to establish and continue the Company as a limited liability company or to protect the limited liability of the Member.

The Officers will, from time to time, register the Company as a foreign limited liability company and file fictitious or trade name statements or certificates in those jurisdictions and offices as the Officers or the Board of Managers considers necessary or appropriate. The Company may do business under any fictitious business names selected by the Board of Managers. The Officers will, from time to time, file or cause to be filed certificates of amendment, certificates of cancellation or other certificates as the Board of Managers reasonably considers necessary or appropriate under the Act or under the laws of any jurisdiction in which the Company is doing business to establish and continue the Company as a limited liability company or to protect the limited liability of the Members.

The Manager shall, from time to time, register the Company as a foreign limited liability company and file such fictitious or trade name statements or certificates in such jurisdictions and offices, as the Manager considers necessary or appropriate. Upon authorization of the Board of Directors, the Company may do business under any fictitious business names deemed desirable. Upon authorization of the Board of Directors, the Manager shall, from time to time, file or cause to be filed such certificates of amendment, certificates of cancellation or other certificates as the Board of Directors reasonably deems necessary under the Act or under the laws of any jurisdiction in which the Company is doing business to establish and continue the Company as a limited liability company or to protect the limited liability of the Members.

The Directors have registered the Company as a foreign limited liability company in the State of Washington and shall from time to time register the Company as a foreign limited liability company and file on behalf of the Company such fictitious or trade name statements or certificates in such other jurisdictions and offices as the Directors consider necessary, convenient or appropriate. From time to time, the Directors shall file such certificates of amendment, certificates of cancellation, or other certificates as the Directors reasonably deem necessary, convenient or appropriate under the Act, under the Washington Act or under the laws of any jurisdiction in which the Company is doing business to establish and continue the Company as a limited liability company or to protect the limited liability of the Members.

The Managing Member shall, from time to time, register the Company as a foreign limited liability company and file such fictitious or trade name statements or certificates in such jurisdictions and offices as the Managing Member considers necessary or appropriate. The Company may do business under any fictitious business names deemed desirable by the Managing Member. The Managing Member shall, from time to time, file or cause to be filed such certificates of amendment, certificates of cancellation, or other certificates as such Managing Member deems necessary or desirable under the Act or under the laws of any jurisdiction in which the Company is doing business to establish and continue the Company as a limited liability company or to protect the limited liability of the Members.

The Managing Member or the officers of the Company may, from time to time, register the Company as a foreign limited liability company and file fictitious or trade name statements, certificates or similar filings in those jurisdictions and offices as the Managing Member considers necessary or appropriate. The Company may do business under any fictitious business names approved by the Managing Member. The Managing Member or officers of the Company will, from time to time, file or cause to be filed certificates of amendment, certificates of cancellation or other certificates as the Managing Member or any of the officers reasonably considers necessary or appropriate under the Act, as an authorized person of the Company within the meaning of the Act, or under the Laws of any jurisdiction in which the Company is doing business to establish and continue the Company as a limited liability company or to protect the limited liability of the Members. At the request of the Managing Member or officers, each Member shall execute, acknowledge, swear to, and deliver all certificates and other instruments conforming with this Agreement that are necessary or appropriate for the furtherance of the purposes set forth in this Section 2.6.

The Member may, from time to time, register the Company as a foreign limited liability company and file fictitious or trade name statements or certificates in those jurisdictions and offices as the Member considers necessary or appropriate. The Company may do business under any fictitious business names approved by the Member. The Member will, from time to time, file or cause to be filed certificates of amendment, certificates of cancellation or other certificates as the Member reasonably considers necessary or appropriate under the Act or under the laws of any jurisdiction in which the Company is doing business to establish and continue the Company as a limited liability company or to protect the limited liability of the Member. Xxxx X. Xxxxx is hereby designated as an “authorized person” within the meaning of the Act, and has executed, delivered and filed the Certificate of Conversion of the Company and the Certificate of Formation of the Company with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware. Upon the filing of the Certificate of Conversion and Certificate of Formation with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware, his powers as an “authorized person” ceased, and each Member thereupon became a designated “authorized person” and shall continue as a designated “authorized person” within the meaning of the Act.

The Chairman or Chief Executive Officer will, from time to time, register the Company or cause the Company to be registered as a foreign limited liability company and file or cause to be filed fictitious or trade name statements or certificates in those jurisdictions and offices as the Chairman or Chief Executive Officer considers necessary or appropriate. The Company may do business under any fictitious business names selected by the Chairman or Chief Executive Officer. The Chairman or Chief Executive Officer shall, from time to time, file or cause to be filed certificates of amendment, certificates of cancellation, or other certificates as the Chairman or Chief Executive Officer reasonably considers necessary or appropriate under the Act or under the laws of any jurisdiction in which the Company is doing business to establish and continue the Company as a limited liability company or to protect the limited liability of the Members.
