Estoppel Certificates and Financial Statements Sample Clauses
The Estoppel Certificates and Financial Statements clause requires a party, typically a tenant or borrower, to provide written confirmation of certain facts about the agreement or their financial status upon request. In practice, this means the party must promptly deliver documents verifying details such as the current lease terms, payment status, or outstanding obligations, and may also need to supply recent financial statements. This clause is essential for facilitating transactions like sales or financing by providing third parties, such as lenders or buyers, with reliable assurances about the agreement’s status and the financial standing of the involved parties.
