Washington Act definition

Washington Act means the Washington Business Corporation Act.
Washington Act means the Washington Limited Liability Act, codified at Title 25, Chapter 25.15 of the Revised Code of Washington. Any reference to the Washington Act shall automatically include a reference to any subsequent or successor limited liability law in Washington.
Washington Act means Chapter 25.15 of the Revised Code of Washington, and any successor statute, as amended from time to time. Words used herein, regardless of the number and gender used, shall be deemed and construed to include any other number, singular or plural, and other gender, masculine, feminine or neuter, as the context requires, and, as used herein, unless the context clearly requires otherwise, the words “hereof,” “herein” and “hereunder” and words of similar import shall refer to this Agreement as a whole and not to any particular provisions hereof.

  • Such certificates held by Dissenters shall represent the right to pursue such rights as the Dissenter may have under the Washington Act.

  • The Company shall use its best efforts to solicit from shareholders of the Company proxies in favor of the Merger and shall take all other action necessary to secure any vote of shareholders required by the Washington Act and the Restated Articles to effect the Merger.

  • At the Closing, the Parties shall cause articles of merger to be delivered to the Secretary of State of Washington and the Secretary of State of Delaware executed in accordance with relevant provisions of the Washington Act and the Delaware Act for filing thereby.
