Common use of Federated Retirement Plan Clause in Contracts

Federated Retirement Plan. 8.4.1.1.1 The employee is: • A member of the Federated Retirement Plan, and • Retired under the provisions cited in the plan, and • Credited with at least fifteen (15) years of service in this retirement plan, or • Credited with at least ten (10) years of service prior to a disability retirement.
